CapyLogTerms of Use & EULA
Welcome to CapyLog, published by Rolle Studios (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using CapyLog or related websites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use CapyLog for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except where mandatory law allows), rent, sell, or redistribute the app or its assets, except as allowed by the platform store rules or with our written permission.
3. The service
CapyLog helps you track habits and patterns, log mood and energy, use gentle streak/rest-day tools, and interact with an on-device capybara coach experience. Features may change over time as we improve the app.
CapyLog is a wellness and productivity tool, not medical advice, therapy, or a crisis service. If you are in distress, contact appropriate emergency or professional help in your area.
4. Your content & responsibility
You retain ownership of the content you enter (habit names, notes, journal text, and similar). You are responsible for that content and for keeping backups you care about via the app’s Backup & transfer tools or other means.
You agree not to use CapyLog for unlawful purposes or to interfere with the app, ads, or related infrastructure.
5. Ads & third-party services
The free app may display ads (including via Google AdMob). Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. Where consent is required for personalized ads, the in-app consent / privacy options apply.
6. Stores & platform rules
If you download CapyLog from Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms’ terms also apply. Purchases, refunds, and subscription management (if offered later) are handled under the applicable store rules.
7. Intellectual property
CapyLog, the Capy mascot, artwork, trademarks, and software are owned by Rolle Studios or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
CapyLog is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rolle Studios and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of CapyLog. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) zero if the app was free.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including certain consumer rights in the EU/France).
10. Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use CapyLog. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or guardian must review these Terms with you.
11. Termination
You may stop using CapyLog at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the app. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Courts of Paris, France have jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory protections.
13. Changes & contact
